Delivery Options:
There is one set price of £3.95.
Delivery Time:
We aim to personalise your item within 3 working days.  It will then be sent out via next day delivery.
Tracking your order: 
You will receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as the item is posted. An SMS message will also be sent out for customers who have provided their mobile numbers.
How we Personalize: 
Most of our products are personalized using embroidery. This is because it creates a more attractive and longer lasting finish. However we also print certain products where this method looks best.
Sending an item as a gift: 
We do not include an invoice in the packaging. You can also add a note at checkout with a gift message that you want us to include in the package.
Missed Deliveries:
If you are not in for any reason the courier will leave a card for you either to pick the package up from the depot or to organise  a re delivery.
Returns or Exchange:
 If your item/s are damaged or wrong in any way please email us within 10 working days and we will replace the item/s. However, due to the nature of personalized products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is a fault on our part. 
Delivering outside the UK:
We do deliver outside of the UK but at a cost of £20 per package.
Amending an Order:
If you would like to amend your order, email us within 24 hours of placing the order. Please include your order number and the change(s) in which you would like to make. Please note that we cannot guarantee amendments as your order may already be in production.
Packaging:
We will always try to recycle packaging to reduce the impact on the environment.
